Group lessons are a very important part of a child’s musical education. Playing with others is not only one of the greatest joys of music, but it is also a very rewarding experience. Students come to group lessons excited to see one another. Parents also find it helpful to connect with others Suzuki parents and like being a part of the Suzuki community.
Group lessons are a great opportunity to learn how to behave in a group setting, how to watch and follow a leader, how to play with other children, how to rehearse and perform with others; playing with a group gives us a chance to practice old skills and strengthen the new ones. The benefits are countless.
The most successful Suzuki families are the ones who commit to creating the time in their busy schedules for daily practice, listening, weekly lessons and group classes.
PRIVATE LESSONS

Performances are essential to the process of learning any instrument. They provide children with the opportunity to showcase their progress, build confidence, and experience the joy of sharing their music with others. These events reinforce the importance of practice and perseverance while fostering a sense of community among students. By performing regularly, children learn to express themselves, manage nerves, and develop poise, all of which are crucial life skills.
